I think Wyclef Jean becoming the president of Haiti, will the worst thing that can happen to the Haitian people. I feel the same way about the election/selection of our so-called first Black president. Barack Obama's rise to the highest office in the land was a devastating blow to the movement. We're being ignored more than ever now. Time and time again , I've stated that no one is coming to save us!!! We better get off our asses and ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE, ORGANIZE!!! The people united will never be defeated! I use to think that was an out dated slogan of yesteryear, until I seen the power of the people in Central America. Our brothers and sisters in Cochabamba took it to the streets against the multinational corporation Bechtel. Bechtel was trying to privatize the water supply in Cochabamba, and the people wasn't having none of it. The people united and they were successful in running Bechtel out of Cochabamba. It was so beautiful!!! That when I realized the power of the people... Five fingers= one fist!!! ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!!!
