President Obama's stance on African-America issues

What do you think about Pres. Obama's stance on the issues that plague the black community? Issues such as the unemployment rate in the black community, such is said to the 10%; the state of public education, which is at it's worst. Though his main focus has been all about health-care, which is yet another critical issue in the black community. On several occasions, Pres. Obama has avoided any talks concerning the black community. So, my Question to you is....What are your views and issues on this topic?
